Terms of Service

BinProxy (binproxy.com) is a residential proxy service operated by BinProxy Team. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

  • BinProxy sells residential proxy traffic by the GB. The GB you buy is added to your proxy account, stacks up and never expires.
  • Proxies are delivered automatically after payment and managed in your dashboard.
  • The number of IPs in each country changes over time. We don't promise that every country always has IPs, or that the proxies work with every website.
  • We may change features, plans and prices. New prices apply only to later purchases.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give a correct email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and proxy login secret, and for everything done with your account.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Wallet and payments

  • The BinProxy wallet is kept in US dollars (USD) and can only be spent on BinProxy.
  • You top up by bank transfer with a QR code. You choose the amount in USD and see the amount to transfer in VND before you pay.
  • When you buy traffic, the price is taken from your wallet balance.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes, such as market research, collecting public data, ad verification and testing websites by region. You must not use it to:

  • break the law of Vietnam, of the place where you live or of the place where the website you visit is based;
  • send spam or harassing content;
  • defraud or impersonate anyone, or steal information or accounts;
  • commit ad fraud or create fake visits, views, clicks or reviews;
  • create fake accounts or get round another service's bans or security measures;
  • access content or services that are restricted by region and that you have no right to use;
  • attack systems, scan for vulnerabilities, gain unauthorised access, run denial-of-service attacks or guess passwords;
  • unlawfully collect personal or non-public data;
  • spread malware, child sexual abuse material or content that infringes copyright.

You are responsible for following the terms of the websites and services you reach through the proxies.

5. Violations

If we have grounds to believe an account breaks section 4, we may suspend or close it without notice and without a refund. We may give information to the authorities when the law requires it.

6. Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, BinProxy is not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profit arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part of the service concerned.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page with its date. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
