BinProxy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BinProxy (binproxy.com, operated by BinProxy Team) collects, what it is used for and which rights you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your email, a display name (taken from the first part of your email) and an encrypted password.
  • Payment details: your top-up orders, amounts, the transfer reference, the bank's name and the transaction ID reported by the bank. We don't store your card number or banking password.
  • Service details: your purchases, wallet balance, proxy login and the traffic you use per day.
  • Support requests: the text and pictures you send under Support.
  • Technical details: IP address, browser type, sign-in times and failed sign-in attempts, used to protect your account.

2. Traffic through the proxies

Your proxy traffic is carried by the infrastructure of our proxy network partner. BinProxy does not look at or store what you access through the proxies; we only receive the amount of traffic used. The infrastructure partner may keep technical logs under its own policy to run the network and prevent abuse.

3. How we use information

  • to provide and run the service, and to process top-ups and purchases;
  • to answer support requests;
  • for security and to detect fraud and abuse;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share only what is needed with:

  • our hosting provider and the service that protects and speeds up the website;
  • the bank-notification service that lets us credit your wallet automatically;
  • our proxy network partner, which receives only an account ID created by our system, never your email;
  • Google, because the sign-in and sign-up pages use reCAPTCHA against bots (Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service then apply);
  • the authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The website uses only necessary cookies: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and reCAPTCHA's cookies on the sign-in and sign-up pages. We don't use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed for reconciliation, accounting and legal obligations. Pictures uploaded under Support but never sent are deleted after 2 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by opening a request under Support or emailing [email protected]. Some transaction records may have to be kept as the law requires.

8. Security

Passwords are encrypted, the website is served over HTTPS and access to data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password and don't reuse it elsewhere.

9. Children

The service is not for people under 18.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
